Interesting article on Athletic Bilbao, and how their player sourcing and coaching methods have worked for them. Seems we are trying to learn from them (amongst others), which given what's gone on previously here is not a bad thing. Maybe we will only scout player from W12?

Penrice is only a consultant. Sounds like he will only advise on who to scout not do it himself.
