At this current time I wouldn't start bidwell, nedum or lynch. It's an area where the majority of our kitty needs to be spent. Some say captains aren't important, well someone in that back line needs to give bollo ckings and organize

Defense is poor but if coached well you can turn average players into a solid back 4. Ned and lynch are more than capable of being a solid partnership. Full backs are weak but still think Bidwell is ok championship, perch would be my right back. Central midfield is pretty shite and we need a striker desperately. However, call me old fashioned but I think a nice simple organized set up would work wonders.

All good squad players to have around. Sylla and Morrison should be pushing for the first 11 as well.

Our biggest weakness is defence. Ollie needs to figure out if we are going to play 3 or 4 at the back and we need to spend some money recruiting a cb to partner hall and potentially new rb if we play 4 at the back and wb's. I'd also like to see a quality cm come in who's been around the championship for a few years.

I also wouldn't mind seeing us play 4 2 3 1

Probably about right to be fair mate but no bite in that midfield at all. We desperately need an enforcer!
