Trevor Sinclair has been forced to make tough choice between three of his former clubs West Ham United, Queens Park Ranger and Manchester City.

The former England winger was asked on social networking site Twitter to choose between three scenarios:

1) West Ham to finish fourth - and qualify for the Champions League.

2) QPR to win the Championship - and be promoted back to the Premier League.

3) Manchester City to win the Champions League.

"Good question, think I'd like to see QPR back in the Prem," Sinclair said on Twitter.

My second favourite Rangers player after Stan. When he was here I took a kids football team for a stadium tour. A few weeks before I asked him if he'd come along and he said just leave the details at reception and he would get there. He was true to his word and was brilliant with my team. Can't say enough good things about the bloke. Top man and a bloody good player as well.
