One big mistake Ollie has done since being the R's manager, is that he overrated our players. He taught that with the current squad we can play three at the back and with two strikers so that we can be a very offensive side. What he did not realize (although his comments on mistakes done against Villa, in that he could had settled for a draw) is that our squad is not strong enough, not in numbers, but in quality. I mean, we created very little opportunities and when we do, we lack the striker to take advantage. We lack quality and the table, as they say, thus not lie. The club must ensure that at least one quality striker is added in January, otherwise we are bang in trouble. First thing Ollie must do, is to play 4-5-1 to bring back the confidence in the players. A draw is not good at all atm, however, its a point. If we managed at take four draws from our last five games, we could have been in a much stable position. From there we should start aiming for wins. Defeats puts everyone under a lot of pressure and kill off every player confidence. We have to start picking points....now.

Been saying for a while along with many others that 4-5-1 / 4-3-3 was obvious for us. That and playing Hall where he belongs. Plus Shodipo has to start, we need width.
The problem with Olly is that he overthinks things and imo confuses the players. Lets get a basic ball lost / ball gained set up sorted and try and stick to it as a template for more than 10 minutes.
