I have absolutely no idea what he was rambling on about during that interview. Not sure he did either.

Funny how we all see/hear things differently. The interview made perfect sense to me, but maybe that's cos I'm a madman too!

Anyway, how do you define madness? I just think he's a very passionate man who loves our club to bits and always wears his heart on his sleeve. We're all slightly mad in our own way, it's just that most of us are better at keeping it under control - if the truth be said.

He needs an assistant manager and is on record as saying that. The search is on as we speak. I'm sure that will make a big difference and be a big help to him.

he certainly needs to calm down. His actions on the touchline were way over the top. Whether he was playing to the camera I don't know, but he is heart attack material.
