Hopefully finish 10-13th playing football on the front foot especially at home would be great for starters and anything else is a bonus. I would also like to see the players look like they enjoy playing again and hopefully the new man can make that happen.

What does that get us? They've just been appointed. They're not being sacked any time soon. So get with the programme and make the most of it until we've proof it isn't working. I've a track record of b itching about proven s hit.....

That's because your research needs to be more rigorous Naz......

Main thing is to get LR a place to fear again and he'll do that.

I want to see LR a bear pit again, and he can help create that vibe. Good luck to him.

So in the time between those 3 points and these ones, what has made you totally change your thoughts? Because you do seem like you have changed how you view it without him even starting a game.

I'm so on the same page as you about all this.

Clive Wilson next up as the assistant assistants manager. Hell, let bring back every other player that's ever kicked a ball in the blue and white shirt.

I will back Ollie, but this will end in tears.

I have no idea whether Olly will succeed or fail and neither does anyone else. All on either side of the argument are guessing what they think will happen. Every managerial appointment is a huge shot in the dark with the club having fingers crossed! For what it's worth I think the best course of action for any supporter is to get behind the new man and only have a go if it goes wrong, not just because you think it might! Can't wait for HQ to be rocking on Saturday, it's ages since it has been!

Hope Ollie succeeds but the Bircham bit has always been the part I do not get. As part as you cannot compare their time at Millwall to us now unfortunately it is all we have to go on and the results did not go for them. Only time will tell if it is the right call.

Bircham isn't officially confirmed yet. Just thought I'd mention that minor detail!

Ollie did mention in his interview that he plans on surrounding himself with smarter people to help with the coaching and tactics aspect etc. He knows his weaknesses and his strengths and he was pretty honest about that on the player. I reckon he'll bring in more than just marc as a coach
