I was there every week when he was a player in the early 90's. Limited in ability but the passion took him miles. I was there when he was boss and we didn't have a pot to #### in but he still got the team organized and out on the park playing 100% for the shirt every week, sweating blood.

He's back and it could all go #### up, and no-one wants to see Ollie in bits, the bloke is one of us. Enjoy the ride, it's sure to get emotional.

Just watched the video of his interview and looking forward to the Norwich game more than probably any other games over the last 3-4 years. Doesn't matter that things probably won't change overnight or we might not win, if he can get the players half as enthusiastic as me things can only improve.
