That's the earliest date he will be gone!

Its debatable what this rolling contract means. Could mean 12 months notice of cancellation at any time or month to month after a year. Not sure anyone knows for sure?

I very much doubt you just decide on 3rd or 4th December whether to extend or not. Reckon must be 1 month at least notice. That's why I'm slightly concerned by all the Les interviews. Think we've extended already

He has to go asap I'm sorry. He's obviously clueless, he's building a team around the worst player on the pitch for christs sake!!

I wish someone could clarify the terms of the rolling contract. Are we saying its a one year deal with options both ways? Because that isn't a rolling contract. We need to know exactly where we are with this - imo.

Surely after watching Friday's f uckin embarrassment both LF and TF must be wondering if in fact JFH is the man to lad us forward.

No defence, can't pass the ball to one another, opposition playing triangles around us, players all over the gaff etc

Does anyone actually know anything about this? Because the idiots may have tied their hands again, and the reality is the club's immediate future.

Proper meltdowns if his contract is renewed

                      Found this online..

High-level sports professionals, such as coaches, are often hired with rolling contracts. These contracts are generally for extended time periods. After the completion of the initial period, the university or the owner of a professional team can let the coach go, or the coach can quit on his own. If the contract continues for another year, the owner of the team can usually buy out the coach at any time by paying the monetary remainder of the contract.

Sounds like we could say bye bye on the 4th of December if we wanted to then.

To be honest, if it is December 4th that actually is a good time. Will know a lot more by then and if we are within anywhere near close to the bottom three then it will be so easy for them to not renew.

A rolling contract has no end date. A one year rolling contract means at any time the contract can be terminated by either JFH or QPR and they would usually have to see out the year but I imagine in this circumstance would mean they have to pay a years wages (if fired).

This!! It´s got more to do with the length of compensation.
