Agree with Nasser remarkably - Still played his piano to get to the outcome of that answer, but nevertheless I agree!
We, as a country, need to get rid of this win/lose mentality when it comes to youth teams.
It's about learning the game and the coaching rather than the results when they are kids coming through.
No-one likes to lose but it should be more about the style and learning, like Barca have been encouraging for years.
I agree with Naz on this in principal, but as long as they have to play competitive football they have to be protected to some degree from being raped every week.
