Rotherham is much closer to their city and where I imagine all his wife's support is outside of Neil. This summer he still didn't sign on to a club, he said he didn't want to stay at Rotherham because it would have been for the wrong reasons which I assume means near home and getting paid but not for the best of the club. This is why over and over again I have said he is no longer a long term.manager because he isn't. He has other priorities. And we need long term, we don't need to just bring in a mix of PL rejects to shoot up the table and then ultimately drop back down. We rightfully haven't even considered getting rid of Jimmy so all this talk of another manager is futile.
Not sure who "we" is but there is plenty of talk on here of replacing JFH and I really can't see that changing any time soon. As always happens eventually it will be the fans who decide whether or not to change the manager. With perhaps the exception of Warnock, our last few managers have all been replaced by pressure from the fans.

We is the club, qpr, the club we support.
Then I seriously hope Hoos and Fernandes are stronger this time as that is moronic. A manager doing a perfectly good job shouldn't be sacked because of a few impatient fans.

For the record, I'd be happy to keep jfh if he'd just wisen up on some of his poor decision making.
We're QPR, we don't deserve the best managers, but we also shouldn't have to endure snoozefest football either from a manager who seems to struggle to make some basic decisions. I get we were always going to have a couple of seasons in the wilderness but it's the whole quality, or lack of that bothers me. Atmosphere dead, no consistency, no grit, determination, and a massively visible lack of genuine quality.
Signings have been questionable too. Some have been ok, others like Al Khayati among others have been poor. If I could see him gone today I would. If he stays then so be it, just bloody liven up.

In what way is JFH doing a good job and how have team performances improved from last season? Our form at home is abysmal. Away from home we have been ok, but have failed to get a result draw against the better teams.

His managing style does not work in the premiership.

At the end of the day Warnock came to us in March 2010 and by the August had his squad ready to go to war with. Managers like that are like gold dust especially in the championship. Blows apart the myth of needing too much time and gelling players as had half of our starting 11 join that year.
