Nas, I will tell you a fact at every level of football, If you score more goals than the other team you win the game and if you do that reguarly then you will pick up points. You do not pick up points by " tend to be how things work out for teams midtable and above". What a #### poor excuse you have churned out.

He should be able to change the course of a match, he should be able to give the team a good half time talk so that they come out in the second half playing with more enthusiasm. I don't think he does this and am not sure if he is able to. Perhaps he talks to the players in a different way, but I get the impression that he doesn't encourage them to play their own game and they are scared of making mistakes. If this is tactical, then it's not something I really want to watch.
To be fair yesterday, second half was better than first, same for Fulham and it's happened a few times this season where we've improved after the break. And I agree that most fans are there for entertainment, as I said, it's down to the individual though. Mourinho for example though, is one of the most successful managers ever but lacks the entertainment factor that others do. Different managers have different styles and want different things. The one thing I will say for sure that's a negative right now is the hesitancy to shoot. Yesterday, Wszolek played clean through on goal and basically near enough the 6 yard box to take a shot but turns back and misses the chance. Same happened a few times this season with Polter and Sylla. I'd say that if I could only change one thing I'd just encourage shooting anywhere central in and around the box. If we just start doing that, everything looks a mile better to fans because we're actually testing the keeper more. We're creating the chances but we aren't actually shooting, we're looking to do what Arsenal did a few years ago and just pass it into the goal.

Here's another fact, if you let in fewer goals than your opponents do, you win every game and you pick up points. Once again, I'll refer you to my post on my section, here's a link:

I talk about the idea of scoring more or conceding less and which produces better results.

This is true Nas hence why we have only won 1 league game at home all season. Preston, Blackburn Brum, Reading at home has given us this incredible total of 3 points!

In order to let in fewer goals than your opponents you would actually have to score yourself, otherwise 0-0 is the best you can hope for. we barely have a shot on target let alone score. We will get nowhere carrying on like this

You realise too that only two teams have kept clean sheets against us this season?

Nas, Do you think a home points return of 3 points against Brum, Blackburn, Preston and Reading is acceptable?

Not particularly, but I also think a points return of 10 in 6 away matches is well above acceptable.

                    • The opposition away were Wigan, Cardiff who were near if not bottom and Fulham who missed 2 penalties in the game. The feeling of losing interest is in the original point it is just not acceptable.

I'm not trying to challenge your perspective, it can be how you feel, but it's not how I feel, I'm definitely not losing interest one bit.

Yeah but you come across as pretty boring, so maybe just a very good match
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!
