40 league games in charge. To me this is more than enough time to start to say, is team improving and are we seeing JFH's impact on the team. Especially when you consider he has had 2 transfer windows.

I gave him 10 games into this season before it started, we're just about there now and I don't think he should be shown the door just yet, purely because I'd like to see if our improvement on Saturday was just a blip, or we continue in that vein. Good results tomorrow at Burton and Saturday at the fools would be enough to make me say ok, give him til Christmas as long as we'receive performing much better than we have done so far.

By Christmas his contract will have been automatically extended (as I understand) so that will mean he is here until December 2017.
