  • Games when managers should have gone at Ranger's

We have a recent history of holding onto managers and giving them more time before getting shot when it's clearly to late

Hughes should have gone after the West Ham home game where they showed us up at home on the cameras (interestingly we lost 5nil at home that season first game without the fall out JFH had for midweek!! Why??)

Redknapp for me lost it from start of season and again defo should have gone after the West Ham debacle at Upton Park again on the box as that effort was appalling there is an argument should have gone game earlier at Southampton as the first half stank and it was only great Austin goal that put any shine on performance

Ramsey bless him was never the man for the job and I would have pulled the trigger on him after the defeat to Everton at home again argument for doing it after the Palace away game which was c rap again Phillips worldie adding shine to what was b ollocks

Jimmy for me I can see arguments for keeping longer and getting shot now. I don't think we got reaction yesterday we would have hoped for given midweek result which is concern for me. Add to that it's not even entertaining football and I think he's tettering on the edge. Looking at fixtures Birmingham or Fulham could be games to send him over edge as blues are no mugs and could easily turn us over assuming he survived Fulham always beat us at theirs and best us heavy and I don't think he has another heavy defeat in him as the walk to dressing room past away end will be similar to Ramsey's at Brentford

The first 2 had actually had experience at the level they were managing. We are not a training school for young managers. Let them learn elsewhere and we'll pick up the best ones when they've developed. I don't like changing managers all the time either but with the last 2, they've had no track record at our level and only managed 54 games in the uk league before he joined us.

See point but Hughes and the fraud had loads of experience and were crap so think experience is irrelevant look at how Huddersfield manager has got them doing with no experience

I know we fluked promotion but I would of got rid of harry and brought in a new manager after Wembley personally as that could of helped
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

If they start well then fine but with experienced one, you are clinging to hope that they will put it right because they have done before.....with JFH and Ramsey, there was no track record.

Warnock - we were free falling, worse than now and got rid at the right time
Hughes - Southampton home was late, but right time imo
                Repknapp - Wembley
Ramsey - Should never have signed. Luckily got rid quite quickly.
JFH - thought he was the right man for the job. October 1st if we lose Fulham game
Would rather like us to succeed with a young promising manager than with Bruce, Pullis or any other over 60 year old manager.
