Shouldn`t Henry when played in his best postion being suited to such a role? Just a question...

Agreed, although the one I started in the pub section made no mention of wanting him back here. Dunno why people are thinking that's a possibility.

Two of them being new signings (heck, even caulker will feel like a new signing after being away from the club for a year). Takes time to settle.

Most of us know that it was a mistake getting rid of Ali and Clint before having somebody at the club who could take over from them. Both of them led on the pitch. With them gone there isn't anybody. You can't expect a new player to come in and immediately take over this roll.

                Leaders on the pitch?

Is Lynch and/or the new polish midfielder what we need? Or do we need to buy in January?

If the manager choses his best team, plays them in the correct position and they all know what they are supposed to be doing (with some flexibility) then there will be less need for a leader on the pitch.

And it seems we need one in midfield aswell. A player like Snodgrass..

This is true...and when will he start to do it, regularly.

You can't expect Ned or even Henry to organise other players when half the time they can't organise themselves.
