There's no doubt that if, and it's a big if, jfh did get the heave ho McLaren would get the job because he would work under LF as he's desperate to get back into football and the club hold him in high regard.
And then we would be back to square 1 with another useless manager
As I stated above McLaren has just started a course at Manchester Metropolitan University, so not sure he would give that up.
Steve Bruce is a good shout longer term or Warnock short term. Whoever does come in needs to lift the players and the supporters as right now both seem as ####ed off as each other. No one under this manager are able to show their potential due the negative shite he has consistently served up.
How many more names can we come up with? We've tried several types of managers, foreign , ex great players, useful lower league, close to being national manager, up and coming younger keen hungry and on and on. The problem IMO is the club, talents seem to disappear when they enter Loftus Road.

If I do well enough in my FM16 story on my section, I'll give it a go. Get Tony drunk and use the word dream manager enough and anything is possible...

Whilst i am not advocating going after Pulis, I had the same mis-feelings about Warnock when he came to us, hated him with a passion and his style of play. We all know what happened next........he would also bring Gerry Francis with him :-) However I think JFH needs more time and sacking him because of one result is madness, for his sake I hope a free flowing Huddersfield don't tear us apart Saturday as we are low on confidence. Heart says we will put up a much better display on Saturday and at least nick a point but my head says we could get royally turned over again......we will see.
I think we should give JFH more time, but saying that, the only realsistic manager I would agree to him being replaced with would be Steve Bruce. He really is a promotion specialist and still fairly young.
