    so we have been linked with

    an argie left back - meant to be quite good and cd fill a problem slot

    a player called yakubu - not the one most of us know, a midfielder, but maybe now needed that rowlands is injured, watson's future is unconfirmed and we have been told we aren't getting tabb.

    and marlon harewood - who has his issues but most agree cd be the answer to our striker problems.

    Does anyone know if there is any basis to these rumours or is it all agent generated wishful thinking?

    sadly harewood is now at newcastle..
