Surely, I repeat surely anyone who actually watches us would at least admit he is a better CM than Henry or Cousins. A fit Sandro is our best central midfielder. End of. Regardless of how good some think he is or how bad others do - one thing surely we can agree on is that he is better player in CM than what we currently have. Henry and Cousins were worse than woeful yesterday. Didn't get near Shelvey and were further away from him at times than where I was in the stands. You play your best players, and when fit(which Jimmy said he was) he is one of them.

I do agree that if taken on purely footballing ability, id start him. Dont mean he is by any means a stand out player. It just seems all too convenient to rip the club/JFH/Les for Sandro now when everyone is taking pot-shots because of last night.

really is nothing special and as poster aboves says, couldnt really impress at West Brom, which has to be the best fit for club/player ever!

Does nothing is the absolute point when it comes to Henry. He doesn’t do a lot badly he just doesn’t do anything. And most our fans our too football illiterate to notice
99.9% of the balls he receives either could go straight back to the centre back or via him end up at the centre back.

He did this so many times last night where, whenever particularly Cousins got the ball he intentionally made sure a player. Normally Perez or Mitrovic were between him and the ball. He never moved off to make an angle to receive the ball. So Cousins was stuffed. And when Bidwell got the ball he would point up field making it clear he didn’t want the ball. So we lumped it to little Yeni and tiny Conor

Henry is the most disgusting excuse for a footballer I have ever seen. Complete passenger who does nothing at either end of the pitch. At least Zesh Rehman and Bob Malcom were in positions were they had to try and do something and couldnt hide.

With a DOF, a Chairman and a Manager to stupid too the see the obvious we need to chase this passenger out the club…
And bring in a 20 odd cap Brazil international who’s best chance of leaving if that’s what we want/need is proving his worth and fitness on the pitch

no one knows if playing sandro will improve the team , from what i've seen of him in the hoops i very much doubt it , karl henry adds nothing to the team he makes no impact , all he does is play safe

Henry does nothing and brings nothing to the side other than stifling the opposition which at times could be used to our advantage during away games but never starting games at home where we should be looking to win games from the off.

i saw him driving down the Uxbridge road at 7.20 and asked him why he is not involved and he said hes fit and training but jimmy wont pick him and he dont know why.

I'm not a Henry fan by any stretch (thought we bought Borysuik to replace him) but he gets so much uncalled for abuse when we have a bad performance ( I'm guilty of it myself sometimes). Henry shouldn't be in the team but neither should Sandro.

We have to play someone in midfield. I also thought Borysuik was the answer but he's been fit for weeks and still can't get past Henry.

Cousins looks stifled to me. Not sure if he's under instruction to sit in front of back 4 or he's just not very good. I know for certain Henry isn't very good.
