Under-fire Briatore considers attending QPR v Preston game

Single handedly responsible for saving our club so on those grounds I would more than welcome him back.

He has done unpopular things at QPR, however, as I pointed out the other day, he has kept a very low profile since the end of last season and appears to be letting the manager, manage.

I will not play into the hands of Mahwinney, Merson etc and boo one of our own. Despite what you think of the guy, he appears to love our club every bit as much as we do.

Absolultely no reason to boo.

Furthermore, if you look at our fanbase, I think it is fair to say that there are quite clearly quite a few criminals amongst our fan base and you wouldn't dare some of them.

I must admit I'm a little surprised at the positive comments so far.I've personally got mixed feelings on his return.I appreciate to a certain extent what he's done for the club,but there has been a number of far less acceptable issues he's been responsible for but we won't go into that as we'd be going over old ground.I am however concerned that his appearance in the directors box BEFORE the FA reach a decision,will draw far more media attention to him than the game itself - probably the sort of attention Briatore gets off on.I don't think we should boo him but on the other hand I personally won't be applauding or encouraging him as I find that hypocritical in view of his alledged offences and our support will give the FA the impression that we,as long term supporters of the club,feel he is a fit person to run our club when my own preference would be for the Mittal family to take a controling interest in QPR.
