Looks like a good signing to me. Polter needs competition for the hold up striker job and this kid seems like the ticket. Played at a good level and if reports of his attitude are correct for £1.5m its a no brainer.

Might be a real gem.
QPR always have and always will play well with out and out strikers. Frasier Campbell type........
Wolves pulled out for work permit issues. Just had a look whats needed to qualify he needs to have played 75% of proper international games over 3 years before he signs with the buyer. Looks like he is ok on that issue having played 22 games in the ACON since 2012 and scored 5.
Guinea are nowhere near the top 50 of World football though, so that is not going to count for much.
QPR failed with a bid to sign Oscar 4 years ago due to work permit issues and hiscwas a far stronger case given his age and ability. Sylla is not on the same level.

So the club are purposely chasing someone who has failed work permit application previously and has little chance of getting one?

Countries have to be in top 70 and Guinea are currently 66th so should be ok.
Just love the way we find time to actually slate a player who hasn't signed yet ! Think I will judge for myself with the knowledge that the club know a little bit more about players than we do !
