We need another striker and depending on Nasser's injury maybe another AM.

Did I say it would mean avoiding defeat against Preston? I said why would you be against bringing in a couple of exciting players on loan? What harm will it do? But now you mention it, yeah a couple of decent signings would give us a much better of winning football matches!

Also, you're correct in that we've spent a few quid but we're well in profit, so technically we haven't spent much at all.

You said not bringing in any players would mean I'm happy with the s.hite that got served up against Preston, so I said would bringing in a loan player change that result? Everyone played dog s.hite it happens. We have players here such as Shodipo, Gladwin, Nasser, CW that are mainly on the fringes. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to improve these players we have rather than bring in loan players to replace players we have actually spent money on?! I agree we are light striker wise but I wouldn't care if we didn't bring one in.

I´m not to sure myself, but we need a strong tall striker just in case Polter should get injured. Birmingham once had a strker like that in Zigic, but I´m not sure where he is now. To be honest, no sure how good he really was..

Edit: Zigic is 35. Forget it...

Shodipo should be given time I agree but he's got plenty of that on his hands and I don't think he's ready for a 46 game league campaign. As for the others you mention, I'm not a fan of any and I don't see them being here in a years time, so I'd rather have someone exciting to watch than them on a cold December night. If they had some sort of potential then I'd agree with you but they're pony. I feel sorry for Conor tbf as he clearly doesn't fit the mould JFH wants, but Gladwin and Nasser just aren't good enough.

We're also massively light and a few injuries and suspensions will put us in all sorts of trouble in probably the most competitive league there is.

We need 2 decent strikers and a rb, strikers we have are div 1 strikers if we don't we will be bottom half this season with out a doubt.
