Can't make my mind up on the lad as well only really gets cameo chances or the odd random game with our second string team!

Hasn't looked good by any stretch but give him the time BFG was afforded and then we can have a definite decision on him.

Whereas I thought he looked good and always running in behind.
I am in the give him a run in the team and he will do well corner. Dont want to write him off. I know hes been here a while now, but he has barely played 90 minutes and the odd 3 minutes here and there arent enough to base an opinion either way.

Sometimes you have to give people a bit of time to settle in and play in their right position before writing them off.
Except that's what most people tend to do on here.
Same was being said about Polter when he first came here but after a couple of games this season he was mustard but now after yesterday he has gone back to being poo again.
Laughable really.

Laughable really."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

27 league games for us without a single goal. Yes I know most of them games are from the bench, but still any striker worth his salt would have grabbed a couple by now.
Looking at his record it is also clear we bought him off the back of a purple patch, before Peterborough he scored 5 in 39 for Newport ffs.
He has been with us 8 months ffs hardly writing him off without any reason is it. You are very naive if you think Washington is suddenly going to become a Championship level player. He aint. You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Give him a chance and be patient. He'll be alright.QPR

I thought he looked lively when he came on yesterday and came closest to scoring for us. If we are looking to going up then neither of our strikers are good enough. Polter has got slightly better but still isn't a striker that is going to get us out of this division.
