  • QPR summer undisclosed fees revealed

Not sure about Borysiuk, thought that was widely reported to be around £800k. The others are near enough.

The other interesting note is Phillips and Fer wages near enough cover all 5 of the new signings wages!

If thats near enough true then the board, Les, Lee Hoos and Jimmy have done a fantastic job.

Agree Ariel may have been slightly less, but ultimately they are all bang on the fees we 'may' have heard. Funny how transfer fees add up. Still quite a lot spent for a Championship club who's incoming revenue etc is not high enough to spend more. (If regulating to FFP)

Still clubs do it and tbh I'm not sure how many are complying. Selling Sandro would help, any fee we get. But we did have a budget and a further budget if we sold.

Either way, look at it like this 1. The scouting is getting better 2. Negotiations are way better, need i say more. E.g. Have that striker Wolves we won't be mugged off 3. We are signing the right types.

Many clubs still won't spend £10 million, Newcastle are a different kettle of fish and have sold heavily as well. Any club coming down is going to have cash at the ready, Derby have to go up I think because they've spent unreal amounts and haven't sold anything.

Pretty sure Borysiuk was 800k. To be honest if we were to sell / let go of Sandro it's a really fantastic market for QPR. Could argue we're a striker & winger short but I think it will be addressed
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

              Things are looking up
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

                Agree and agreed.

Can live with 1 more in but think we need one more winger, given I'm just not sure on Gladwin personally. Ultimately though we have good squad players now

But they still earned a damn sight more than some of them we've just bought in i bet.
