  • Game day and our season starts

Whatever the result let's not go OTT with a meltdown

It's a new season with a new team and squad which will take time to gel. We have shifted some S hite and brought in what looks like decent players but it might not click from day one so if it don't let's stay calm and still back the boys. I hear Derby booed off the players and when subs were made after drawing with side that finished third last season. We are better then that so back the boys and for 2016/17 COYRs

Tbh we have lost some v good players and in reality weaker still. Yes the main thing is having players that want to play but players aren't poor because their overpaid. It will take time and I actually expect a draw today. This division is seriously poor. Saw the highlights and Norwich were the only side that showed any class but that was against what looked like a pub team. We certainly won't get much entertainment but I am very pro jfh and I think over time he will have success. We might have a chance of top 6 as sides in this league are lacking real quality. Fans moan about our strikers but most teams in the championship can't be clinical WK in WK out. Let's give them good support and hope we have moments of entertainment
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Good post. Let's get behind the players. We have a top manager. Players who want to be here. A fitter team. Win lose or draw at least we've got a bunch that care !!

I'm just excited to watch QPR live again on the telly.

Down under the main pay tv supplier FOXTEL have FINALLY done a deal with BEIN Sports so I'll get to watch the lads again.

Prediction, QPR 2 (Polter, Cherry) - Leeds 0

They may have been good players, but when they give an 8 or even 9 performance once every 7 games and a 4 or 5 performance the rest it's no good. I much prefer the look of those that have come in who haven't been hyped as much but are consistent performers and will most likely give 7 or 8 every match with the odd 9 chucked in for good measure.

Can't wait for the season to start now and even moreso for a few weeks time when the team is settled to see what we can do.

Good post, who knows if we can get off to a flyer in the first few matches, we could end up having a great season, liking the look of the squad taking shape now, with another winger and striker, we`ll be about there, if we can play anything like we did against watford, then im really hopeful
