As others have stated its about attitude, it's about commitment, it's about hard work and it's about a TEAM. Yes jet has some degree of talent don't think anyone's disputing that. He clearly doesn't fit into the ethos of the club though or into jimmys plans. That's good enough for me he sees him every day in training. Let's not forget he's been bombed out of every single club he's ever played for, that's not because he's a grafter or a team player that's because he's a massive dick head.
