I'd say that is pretty normal given the situation.

The play-off winning squad was well over budget in terms of salary for a Championship side. We've obviously had rapped knuckles regarding FFP and we've employed Lee Hoos as Chief Exec to get our financial affairs in order in the 2 years that have passed since the play-off final. If we hadn't got rid of the high earners I would be concerned.

Let's see what the next few seasons bring. If we are chatting at the start of 2018/19 season about there only being 2 players remaining from this season then we really will have a problem!
