  • JFH - turn draws into wins

Have you guys read the article on getwestlondon.co.uk about JFH saying that he wants his team to be going for the 2-0 instead of defending a 1-0 lead?
I absolutely love to hear that! Absolutely don't understand why teams with the upper hand pull themselves back and give the opponents the chance of getting back into the game!
Don't you also think it's better to push for the second or what are your opinions on that?

I totally agree. A 1-0 lead is ALWAYS dangerous to sit on. You need the buffer of the second goal. JFH highlighted that problem of ours last season in interviews.

Luca I pay to be entertained and my philosophy is to push on for as many as you can get

You need creativity and a dangerous striker to do that. Two things we didn't have last year, and I'm not convinced we've got it for this season yet.

Agreed, hopefully Les saying we are getting two wingers and a striker is not lies.

I don't think anyone, apart from George Graham, would say try to hold on to 1-0. I'm glad we held onto 1-0 at Wembley and didn't push for a second.

This. Plus pace in the middle.

Or visa versa, which is the Rangers way.

No, but I am getting a bit worried that we are seeing quantity not quality.
