The "is he good enough" debate has been done to death so without wanting to open that up, we chose to let him go so we (as a club) can't get all precious now over who he chooses to join. No doubt Ale is simply looking for the best opportunity for him & his career. Plus his family and their roots are set up in the area, so makes sense to me.
Good luck to him wherever he goes, he will get a good reception from me.You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

If he joins Fulham, i wont be best pleased. As good as he was to the club, the club was certainly good to him. Got a sympathy contract at the end really and had plenty of dough when out injured for long spells.
Would expect a bit more respect than for him to move to our current biggest rival.
Also worth noting he was offered a deal, but turned it down as we couldn't guarantee he would be a first team starter.

The mans got to earn a living, we didn't want to keep him, can't blame the bloke for looking to earn a crust and local to the area. Did Stan get thought of any less for going to the Bees?

Good luck to him wherever he ends up. I can't begrudge a player making a livi g and keeping his family settled.

It's not too late to get Faurlin back !!Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
