Seems like we could be looking at paying £2million plus at this rate, although I am pretty sure as he is out of contract and the clubs new stance on things that this wont be a case of paying over the odds.

I also read they want a big sell on fee attached.

Yeah he's out of contract next season and wants to leave anyway. The only major issue for them is his sell on fee (they signed him on a free from everton but with a 50% sell on fee) so they're simply trying to get as much ad possible for him

Very decent little player, although it does raise question marks about Robinson.

I was about to say the same. Signs ain't good for Robinson if we're in the market for a new first choice left back.
