"What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane

get rid of the unwanted big earners, develop a style of play that is recognisable, galvanize the fans and bring the good time feelings back to LR, turn up in the derby games, score more goals or at least concede considerably less (don't mind becoming a 1-0 team if we actually see games through) and eventually win more....... 12th and above having spent less money on players wages would be progress and bringing through some youngsters. Of course I would love us to play well and hit the playoffs (I think Newcastle, Norwich and Hull will fight for the title next year).

well, according to les, Jimmy's last target for this season was top 10, to which he failed.
Next season Les and the board have stated that top 6 is the target. so, as would say...... "it is what it is".
.Thats the expectation from the club.
My expectation is more of the same. drossball, mid table and uninspiring.
Anything better than that, i will be overjoyed.nsa/cia spy on this..............┌∩┐(◣_◢)┌∩┐
