You're all wrong. Redknapp/The Club first of all had to get rid of lots of dross from the previous season who preferred to take big pay cheques than play, then repair a dressing room hopelessly split between Warnock's players and the rich idiots recruited by Hughes, then had to build a team full of short term contract and loan players to get promoted. Warnock should never have been sacked in the first place after taking us up in the finest season I can remember for a very long time and Chris Ramsay shouldn't have been made permanent manager. This season's side was at least good enough reach the play offs if not better had we not started with a rookie manager.
Should we blame the managers....of course not, just the idiots running the club who have specialised in making one bad decision after another, burning an obscene £300M in the process.

Anyway; If we can find a quality CB, A midfield maestro and a top striker this summer, it will be a start. A really good one, I must say.Last edited by Shania; 30-04-2016, 11:13 AM.QPR

The appointment of JFH was 2 steps backward and he took 8 or more games to register a win, losing a lot of ground and players along the way.

The Board are guilty of sanctioning the signings, but the managers chose the players.
The Board are also guilty of appointing the wrong man as Chief Executive becase Beard was not a football man and was taken for a mug by agents.
All in all they are all too blame in some way for the 1st relegation.
Last season's was down to the Board as I think they made bad decisions throughout the season inculding not sacking Redkrapp early in the campaign, not signing Defoe in January and last but not least, appointing Ramsey to try and keep the club up!
This season, the Board again screwed up by giving the job to Ramsey and choosing not to even consider Warburton and finally, by not giving Warnock the job until the end of this season.
Now we have to hope that JFH has a long term plan and can take the club forward - but from what I have seen si far, I sm not convinced by him.Last edited by stanistheman; 01-05-2016, 10:37 AM.
