No pubs anywhere near the ground mate. Plenty around Brighton Station but if travelling from there, please heed this bit of advice. Whilst the train service runs to right next to the ground, it's generally a complete shambles. I would suggest drinking inside the ground, getting there an hour before. Not what you want to hear I expect, but that's how it is.

Another alternative is to rock up in Lewes early. Nice town and a far easier journey in, I would imagine.

      Good luck everyone.

Brights is right for those training it. Was chaos last time there proper free for all on train. Bearing in mind falmer is 10min on train away we got Brighton station for train 45mins before kick off and we still missed first 5mins of match. Was carnage at stations before and after

Sound mate, gonna get up there early today so we'll stay around the station area and from what people are saying we'll have to leave with plenty of time, drinking in the stadium for an hour or so before can't be too bad right!

Around the Ground: There is not much in the immediate vicinity around the stadium. There is one pub called the Swan Inn located on Middle Street in Falmer, which is about 15 minute walk away, but for most fixtures this is for home fans only. Alcohol is served within the ground. If arriving at the Mill Road Park & Ride then a little further on down London Road (A23) on the left is the Black Lion pub which is a Harvester outlet.

There are lots of pubs located near Brighton Station but as others say it is a nightmare getting to Falmer by train. If anyone is getting down a bit earlier then there are some great pubs around city centre and it seems as though the sun is out today. Should be a good one

Also, Lewes is home to Harveys........the finest ale in the land.
