It's as simple as if players are prepared to work they will be fine , if they are not they they will be outers and that is entirely the way it always should be, J H F has turned around so many players since he's been here no one can complain about his choice of players unless they think they know better than him ,but with regards to Washington IMO he needs to tweek up his game for JFH and both him and El kadobis will be regulars next season or L F has forced the wrong players on the manager

We need to try get Washington, Polter and Chery playing at the same time.

That could only happen in a 4-4-2, which JFH doesn't seem keen on. He prefers 4-5-1 or 4-4-1-1 which suits Polter because he's big and strong enough to play the lone striker, unlike Washington who doesn't have the build for that and it's simply not his game or plays to his strengths. He's best suited to a 4-4-2, and would definitely score goals in that system.

There may be a basic level of fitness the stats dictate player needs to have I'm just guessing but why else not get any pitch time

I think Washington isn't playing because Polter has done well and so far JFH has stuck to the 4 2 3 1 formation. The boy is young and hasn't had to much experience at this level and I reckon JFH is just managing him slowly at the moment.

We will definitely see more of him over the next few games imo.

He desperately needs a goal, which I think will kick start his career at QPR. Until then, I would expect him to be in and out of them team..

All to do with the formation IMO. Michael O'Neill had no problem chucking him straight in at International level.

Think we can expect a lot of squad rotation between now and the end of the season. JFH wants to look at everyone. I reckon Washington and a couple of others that were on the bench on Saturday will probably start.
