  • Three Things to LooK Forward to Next Season?

Instead of dwelling on what (and who) hasn't worked this season, let's look to the best three things we can look forward to next season.

In my book: (1) A full season under JFH with a team prepared to consistently play sharp, aggressive tactical football; (2) Chery, El Khayati and Connor Washington; (3) Three new studs to fill long-overdue needs at RB, CB and defensive midfielder.

In recent history, we have done really well in the season were we have kept the one manager. I get the feeling JFH knows what he has and a few of the players he hasn't seen yet will be getting games. I couldn't agree more so looking forward to next season.

I haven't looked forward to a season this much since our first one back in the prem!
Over the past few years we've seen a bunch of players who didn't give a crap about our club or the fans that follow it and it made for very frustrating times! Now though it seems we have a core group of players who do care about the club who want to give us a good day out which is pretty much all I want anyway. I've got my first season ticket for next season and can't wait to see how JFH and Les tweek with the team, I can see Washington having a good season next season and I'd love to see Doughty cement himself in our starting line up too.

But yeah ... bring on next season!

        Always look forward to a new season;
        1- high expectations
        2- Always positive
3- we have the makings of a decent team

Only worry is that it will be harder than ever with the teams coming down from the PL
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

I am excited to see who we bring in to replace hoilett and phiilps to as well as a decent ball playing cm.

Know what you mean but it's the same every year mate, and the three coming down look proper pony.
We are going to finish 10th or 11th and need to finish ten points and four or five places better off next season to be in the play offs.
Surely that is extremely doable with one manager, a good pre season and new and existing players the manager has chosen?

                1) Promotion push under JFH
                2) Good cup run as a long overdue bonus
                3) New owners as a megabonus that most fans won't deserve
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

I think Newcastle will be in free fall... Villa are a total mess.. Sunderland ditto

Only Norwich (if they are relegated) will fare well next year in the champ.

I want us up and running from game one, that means having a functioning system in place and a plan B

If we're serious about having a better season next term, we have to be ready, if we're still 'experimenting' when it all kicks off again we aint going anywhere.

                            1) We will replace Hoilett and Phillips with two young and hungry player from lower leagues
                            2) Doughy, Kopek and Furlong will be regular starter
                            3) Tickets in League One will be cheaper the following season.

                              4. See successful additions such as polter, smithies, luongo and hall hit the ground running and develop even more.
