Don't think it was anything to do with temperament. I think it was more he wanted your bread and butter players who would follow instructions to a tee, Mavericks don't usually obey all orders given. As it turns out ironically, one of our more trustworthy players got himself sent off (rightly).

I think the last few seasons have really taken it out of us fans, sadly...

Ultimately as QPR fans we never did expect much and having a season like we have this year has been far better than the usual drama we've been having. I think these will get better again soon.

The Derby at Home was a superb match and atmosphere...
