Although of course, you also are entitled to your opinion. And in point of fact, that's now three of you in this thread who've tried to close me down. Aren't I also entitled to my opinion? Shall we call it a day on this particular aspect now? Because I am sincerely bored of having to defend myself.
The only MOD i really cant stand reading anymore and it wont allow me to block.

And if 'this place' doesn't feel like an open environment, that's in your mind. It is not a reality.
Secondly, opinion is all any of us can offer - bar Naz ;) - since the thread was asking a hypothetical question. Agree?
Thirdly, because it is in my mind, it is on some level 'real'. And the reason it has been in my mind is because comparatively I do feel this place has a slightly closed feel about. That is my opinion.
Opinions are OK, even if you do not share them. Agree? I'm glad you have the time to mod, but without opinions this place would cease to function.Last edited by hal9thou; 15-04-2016, 03:55 PM.

And thanks Brian and Matty for the support!
When people have a bash at our opinions on such matters the comments always seem to be barbed with the, because your'e a mod line. That is nonsensical in my eyes. Whilst Hubble has strong opinions on various things I don't think he is shutting anyone or anything down and his views are based on his opinions as a Rangers fan, not a voluntary moderator on an internet forum IMO#standuptocancer

regarding Hubs - clearly an intelligent guy, just dont like the way he puts his opinion across as fact and wont ever see the other side of the argument. strangely enough Hubs put a link up a while ago with an extract from his book that i thought was good, since read the whole book and commend him on it.
