Not sure on Angella, seems to inconsistent. He might be ok on the ball but we don't need that. We need defenders that can defend.

And Onouha, he was playing well for a games with Hall but I think it's time to shift him on. As the captain I expect a lot more from him. He is on massive wages and he isn't even that good, he isn't even the best CB at the club.

Hall has had a few dodgy games but he has played well this season, hope he will be the CB for a few more years.

And Clint, well, I've put this man down so many times but has proved me wrong, a great servant but we need to replace him at the end of the season, don't know how many games he has left in him.

So I reckon we need two or three CBs next season depending if any youth is in the running.

    Angella and Onouha to go.

    Coaching/Upstairs role for Hill.

Personally I have no problem with CB's lacking pace as there are loads of examples of greats that lacked pace and they can use positioning etc. to counter that but lack of concentration is a worrying trait for a CB.
For sure it would, but you have to have balance. I'd rather a pacy defender who does lose concentration occasionally alongside a slower but more traditional defender than having two slow defenders. If we can find someone as athletic as Onuoha but with more concentration, I'd love us to sign them but they'd be premier league defenders as opposed to championship defenders if they had those qualities.

Hall isnt a finished product, should be even better next year, but has had his share of mistakes just like Angella, Nedum and Perch.

Would like to see us have 2 out and out defenders in the middle, who are also a threat in the oppositions box.

Fair enough but I think you are focusing too much on pace mate. There have been multiple great CB partnerships that have lacked pace. It's not the main priority for me, more of a bonus

Personally would be more than happy with Ned & Hall as the starting CB pairing. Need a more natural RB that offers a threat going forward (think Perch is a great squad player, especially given how versatile he is). Could also need a LB, depending how Robinson is following his injury. Hopefully Kpekwa will offer adequate backup for LB. Obviously need another CB as back up for Ned & Hall though.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Definitely bring someone else in just like how we did with Hall and we'll be sorted in centre back. Add Perch to be playing as a more naturally defensive full back when we need to defend against a pacey and skilful winger and get someone young to be a more modern full back so they'd rotate with Perch without trouble.

I think that he's expecting Angella to get his head to that instead of trying to get his foot on it.
