It works both ways PNE I always liked going up to any of the Lanky clubs years ago had great times at Bolton , Preston , Burnley , sometimes never got home untill sunday night after going on the plss with the local fans but not forgetting Blackpool away earley season or in the new year

Got to the pub (The Old Vic) in Preston earlier then I would do for a home game in Shepherds Bush but the atmosphere was excellent in there with no hint of trouble whatsover

I got the impression that a few of our lads were mates with a few of theres. Loads of mixed groups of both sets of fans in the boozer I was in who all seemed to know each other. Was a cracking day out just a shame we let in that late equaliser.

It might be the travelling England connection mate as meeting up for beers at club matches seems more often these days
