This endless retrospection does no one any favours.

unless of course someone actually learns from it..... there's no need for the club to go public on private expectations and then having to retract when things go wrong, that just piles the pressure on, much better to say " well, we've appointed this bloke, we're trying to shift the emphasis onto development, we hope it works out .... "

I just like it all kept real. Lack of that was what fvcked the original Hal9k up, as you will recall ;)
