  • Were Brentford that bad?

Noted that some thought they wasn't much good don't want to disagree maybe it was just me but I thought they looked a tidy side for this level their mid field in particular the little ginger fella looked quite a player to me the keeper kicking apart was near enough , no it was more a case of us being a far better side on the day this was just about the only time for yonks that we have shown a fully organized game plan as an entire team , credit to JFH

I thought ginger player was their weak link he was at fault for two of our goals . Judge is their boy but he never really had a kick yesterday

Thought they were a shadow of the side we faced at Griffin Park as from first kick they were in our faces and clearly wanted it more yesterday we were on the front foot and they looked like they lacked desire and belief. Thought they looked lightweight too and if they never had the points on the board they would be bang in trouble for going down

Every time we win the other team seems to be #### according to some. Yes Brentford were quite poor but 6 weeks ago they would have beaten us. Yesterday we were excellent. As we have been at home recently

Agreed. I thought Brentford looked good, better than Derby midweek. Makes the victory all the better.

That little baldy fella was a right irritant. Constantly in the refs ear, moaning away.

I thought they played much the better football forthe first 35 minutes without creating too many clear cut opportunities. Much better movement and crisper passing by the midfield and forwards.

I thought three nil was a bit harsh on them as they were one of the better sides I've seen down at HQ this season. When Junior Hoillet Baby scored it was actually against the run of play a bit as they had had a good spell. We were good again for the third home game running.

I thought they were poor but that was because for a change in a Derby we came ready for a battle and a ruck and were on the front foot

I thought Brentford played way better than the scoreline suggests, we just closed them down better and they seemed to panic everytime we got the ball in a dangerous position.
Both teams were pretty solid to be honest

No. They were ok. Had more possession than us. Put some alright moves together, and if they could hit the target they'd of been a threat. We were on our game though and out battled them almost every position on the pitch.

I thought that they worked as hard as a team when 0-3 down as they did at 0-0. Still looking for something offensively in the last ten minutes. Fair play to them.

Is Alan Judge a player who we could tempt signing for us in the summer? To me he looks like a real prospect.
