  • As long as Konchesky and Toszer don't start another game...

...we could have a good end to this season after all, although its obviously too late for the play offs.

I'm tempted to add Phillips to those two. Like Fer, he wants out. You just won't see him giving 100% again for our club, or anything like it.

It's not too late for the play-offs, funnier things have happened.
Tbh I wouldn't mind another day out at Wembley, lets lose and have another season
in the Championship to get proper ready for the Prem the season after next.

No way would I want to lose at Wembley. We get there then were there to win simple as that. Personally would like another season in the championship maybe even two and really continue to build on what we are doing here. The club are getting it right and I don't want to run before we can walk.

I agree with the poster above. With the right blend of players this is shaping up nicely with regards to our future. I´m not sure we are a "Bournemouth" in the making already, but with a few sensible additions to our current squad, I think we will peak when the time is right. I would also like to add that I want us to keep Hill on. IMO, he is a manager in the making. A very good one, I think. On the other hand; Konchesky, Totzser, Fer, Sandro and the likes, are players I would like see the back of.

Toszer is here until the end of next season so I think we are stuck with him. Having said that I don't think he has been as bad as Konchesky.

Disagree totally about Philllipt. He has provided amongst the biggest attacking threat for QPR all season, goals and assists.
Its not his fault most games this seassn that the team has been set up in a negative defensive mode.

Absolutely, although yesterday he was disappointing, he's been much much better than people give him credit for all season. You don't get that many goals and assists with luck alone.

To be fair, who would have thought we'd beat Derby, Birmingham and Ipswich and draw at Wednesday in our last eight matches. I don't think it does matter who we're playing, its whether we decide to show up or not that's the difference.

Preston will be telling. Another 3pts and it will look like we're giving it a go. A no-show will be very disappointing now they should have some confidence to build on.

I think expectation on Phillips is far too high. He's been decent this season but we all expect him to tear the opposition apart and score 30 yard screamers. I could be wrong but his stats this season are probably similar to the season we went up.

As for Konchesky...should be looking at retirement.

As for Tozser....can't think of anything good to say about him at all.
