A couple of things don't quite add up about this:
1) The OP is presumably a leaked e-mail - an email apparently sent to those who attended the Consultation Committee meeting. I attended the meeting but never received any such email.
2) The minutes from that meeting (which I've posted above) were released to the public. Therefore why wasn't CG's statement also a public one?
Both issues seem underhand IMO and just make me more suspicious about the way CG are approaching the whole matter. Poor PR by them.

My understanding is Cargiant have offered to sell #QPR land elsewhere in w London but it would just be for a stadium. #QPR want houses etc

#QPR have definitely looked at land on other sections of OOC but some of that land is very, very expensive. Where the banks will end up...

I do think #QPR will get a new stadium. I'd imagine I'll be well into my 40s when it opens & really couldn't say where it will be built.

Originally posted by Stuart TrotterThey ain't gonna get this over the line, trust me.......They've pissed off Car Giant with dirty tactics in the early stages of negotiations & now CG aren't willing to talk. Me & Tony Mendes set up the Car Giant sponsorship deal 10yrs ago & being ex senior management there I know the club is flogging a dead horse with this, So ask yourself why they're keep just pushing on with this?? Maybe to appease us fans........Maybe they should get things right on the pitch first then build a stadium...Car Giant own pockets of land everywhere around that area, the QPR board are about to step on a property minefield if they keep going with this. It will ultimately cost the club (actually us!!) telephone numbers to oust Car Giant from their land.

It's business, and a pretty big deal at that. Of course all sides are going to jockey for position and spin this and spin that. I find the hostility to CG amusing. When and if the money is right everyone will be old pals, meanwhile both sides will deliberately try and manipulate opinion. Same old.

Oh and I am still waiting for your apology from you claiming that I posted that Rangers77 never attended games when I posted no such thing or anything like it in factOriginally posted by Kirill View PostYou stated that those who are critical of the current regime online rarely if ever attend matches. I pointed out the stupidity of this claim, then Rangers77 reinforced that by pointing out that he attends matches regularly despite being critical of how things are run. So if anyone should apologise in this situation, it is you for your rash statement.
Not that Beefy needs anyone to fight his corner, but you clearly owe him an apology. No breath holding anywhere mind you#standuptocancer
