such a disappointment of a player , beats 2 , checks, and gets tackled or gets ball pushes it to far in front of him and losses it . i can't work out how successive managers have let him play this way

Board of the guy tbh. Occasionally puts in a half decent shift, then everyone rave about him, only for him to put in a 'toilet' performance a week later.... Personally looking forward to seeing the back of him.

My uncle text me last night after the game and said Hoilett was very good.

Still dont want him at the club unless he's on around 10k a week and a rolling contract. He's done ok this season but I still think we need to find a winger who can cross the ball.

fairly certain another club will look at his good performances and take a gamble that they can get a bit of consistency out of him. cant see us resigning him given the potential wages i expect us to offer him.

Will another championship club offer him more?

i think so. The way Derby are chucking money round wouldn't be surprised to see that happen

It looks like he is steadily improving under Ramsey/JFH. This is a good sign.

Credit where it is due - Hoilett was superb last night.

In addition, I thought Perch was very good at LB and Angella is getting better each game.

Whilst I agree ref Angella, he still doesn't fill me with confidence. He isn't great in the air for a fella his size. He seems much better with the ball at his feet. Saying that, it did amuse me last night when he came out to leather that ball on the volley and totally missed it

Agreed. Plenty of players improving through the season - bodes well for next season

It certainly feels as if the club have taken a radical new approach and started coaching players instead of slinging them out after half a season and replacing

I think this was something that Les had pointed out when CR got sacked, that the players we brought in were expected to adapt this season and challenge next. By that remit, they've done fantastically well.
