One thing I've noticed about other fans is that they all sing the same songs. At least we don't do that, bar "everywhere we go".

Why wasn't Hill on the bench? Transition is shifting Luongo to no10 where he can't play (and says so) from the middle where he can play. And moving Chery from no10 where he can play to the wing where he can't.

Canīt help but laugh when you point out these things which are spot on, I think. But I guess, it would have worked if Chery and Luongo didnīt have to make do with high balls only?

Certainly doesn't help, does it? Which is why pairing Kelvin and Tozer is the act of someone without a brain. Especially without the BFG. Playing Tozer is insanity anyway. Signing him madness too. Faurlin and Luongo is a better bet, but neither can seriously carry the ball or do much but play it to the wings. Together they offer no offensive threat. We've been p iss poor in the centre of midfield for too long. That, I think, is where much of our trouble stems.

I agree we should looking to strenghten our midfield with at least two new signings. I would like us to get Henry Lansbury from Forest. That is one. Emy huws has also been mentioned.

said on another thread . tozser , chery , henry and loungo are weak , you can't carry players at this level . can't remember the last midfielder we had to impose him himself on a game . all we do is try to play safe by passing side ways and backwards . ...... why lump balls up to CW only for a taller CB to win every header . the fans respond to decent football and effort , we are getting neither atm

We always start off singing away from home then the whistle goes, the team sit back and offer virtually nothing to sing about.

I agree here Shania, would love to see Lansbury in. Huws is meant to be like Faurlin so if so I would like him in.

I personally think the football will improve under JFH , and the atmosphere ? Well ,its like the chicken and egg analogy , good performances equals good atmosphere , but also good atmosphere helps lift the performance . .Things need to change at Rangers ,and not just the performances ,we have our part to play too .
Having the lower Loft back would help , but i would really like to see the youth organize themselves like the Ultras at Palace ( without the cringey black clothes and pretending to be Italian ) , it certainly has transformed the atmosphere at Selhurst Park .
                    Just my opinion .

Far too sensible for the outraged brigade Vesps.

I put it down to an ageing fan base .

This is why I am not bothered about away days any more. You look around the other teams, most stand up from front to back, top tier and bottom. On another forum, our support at MK Dons has been slated as the quietest they have ever seen or they ever will see.

I hate the sit down culture we have. If I could stand at away games I would go more often. I wouldnt sit down at a gig either, and to me it is teh same principle.

Spot on. Their ground is rocking most games, even though they are not really fighting for anything - sound familiar? I agree the lower loft shouldnt have kids in it, then we can stand behind the goal like you see at Spurs/Man Utd/Palace/Spurs etc

in my opinion, yesterday was quite different to the usual away games. I was sat all the way to the right (if youre looking at the pitch), and in front of me was a dad with three 5-10 yr old girls, and to my left was a dad with 2 girls of also 5-10 yrs of age and a granny! who didn't understand football at all.
What I mean is that, as a fairly sizable contingent of our support who've moved out of the Bush live in north London or further, places that are easily reachable from Milton Keynes, we had a quite varied support.
The club even retweeted someone saying theyre going to their first ever away game. Hardly the souls I expect to be singing Is This A Library & Your Support Is Fking Sht.

Heap on top that the football was woeful, and you've got an idea of what was going on.
