I think he'd be a decent signing. Just needs a run of games to prove himself.

We can give him that opportunity now.

Wonder how much Watford will want for him?

Ive heard rumours we paid £1.5 mill for his loan fee this season.

For me Hall and Ned were doing fine and keeping clean sheets before the change so no need in my eyes to make a change from that. Angella is able deputy for both but he's not ours so priority game time goes for our players

          Hall and Ned.

Angella is decent enough and has done a good job recently but for a big lump he doesn't convince me in the air at all.

Personally I'd rather have a fully fledged LB and RB in those positions next season and am keen to see Robinson play. We also have Kpekawa who looked extremely promising in his cup performances at the start of the season.
            Dont talk wet.

Only one person on here wants to keep the same back four. the rest of us are talking about the two cbs.

              Totally agree.
Give me proper full backs rather than makeshift ones.
As for the CB pairing, lets see how they do over the remainder of the season if they get to keep their places.

And I was talking about a more than just that as well. I think you need to chill out.

Hope that pairing continues. Both are confident with the ball at their feet and use it well. Much easier to build from the back with two ball playing CBs

Just watched the game highlights. Think Onouha's speed and aggressiveness a refreshing sight at RB; and Hall's been the rock on defense for us all season long. I DO have one reservation about Angella, borne out again in this and recent games, as our go-to other CB this and into next season. He seems to lack toughness in the box. Too many headers he's not getting to, too many strikers getting him to flinch. IMHO, would keep Nedum at RB for the rest of the season (spelled by Perch), Perch at LB (spelled by Robinson when healthy), then at times (midweek games?) platoon Kpekewa and Hill with Angella.

Got absolutely slaughtered on here last week for suggesting our best pairing is Angella and Hall with Angella being a much better centre half then Ned and now this thread gets started.... Got to love this forum

The people "slaughtering you" aren't the same people starting this thread though?

Does it matter? You know that some if not most were thinking it.
Just like there's also been a positive thread started on Henry after Saturday's performance. My betting is there's one on Toszer before the end of the season... There's no patience with a lot of QPR fans.

I just think that maybe some of the people that post on here should give our players a fair chance before casting them aside and calling them useless.
Toszer and Angella were key men for Watford last season, they're no mugs. We can't expect all of our new signings to hit the ground running.

Personally, think every starting 11 should be based on previous result, training and availability. My Ideal starting back 4 would be Perch, Ned, Hall, Robinson. Until that becomes available or this current back 4 cannot continue based on previous form, or training performance, I am very happy sticking to what we have. Would I be happy if Onuoha was starting right back next season? Of course not, he should be a centre back and that's it in the long run. But if we fill in the blanks with synonyms, its better than putting a random word there.

Is Ned's contract up next year? If so should the club be thinking about offering him a new contract?

100% they should offer him a new one but at more affordable wages.
