He's right about the reasons for the training ground, and he's right about the need for a new stadium. We simply have to generate more money. Brentford are building a new ground, and Chelski are increasing theirs. We'll get squeezed out if we don't act.
It's a positive interview and shows he still has the hunger to succeed.
I'm not a TF basher but don't trust him. Everybody says how great he is to write all this debt off but it was down to the board for all the money spent. When he took over we wasn't in debt in the PL.C'Mon You Supaaaa!!

If only you little bullies were as brave when it came to hounding out someone who has really f*cked up QPR.

It's all going to take time.Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

We are no closer to having a new training ground or stadium and are way worse off after he has wasted all that money, our money not his and yet people still defend him.
Talk about being clueless.

Thought interview came across well. Of course he would have done things differently with the benefit of hindsight but the majority of decisions made were sensible at the time they were made.
I'm a business owner and similarly with hindsight we have done some things differently which seemed sensible when decision made but haven't worked and some things have. It's a cliché but the biggest mistake you can ever make is doing nothing and never making changes. That tends to be the death knell, just a case of whether a quick or slow death. The board are continuing to do what they think is right but seem to be learning from mistakes. Had they gone back and appointed another 'Arry type I would probably have just cried.

Interesting quotes for me:
"That’s what I was trying to say, rather than defend my record, which cannot be defended."
Self-awareness is always a good thing
"We’ve struggled to get the right people in" and "We have a competent CEO now who is making a big difference"
So that seems to be criticising Philip Beard quite strongly.
