The more money they get in now the more that can go into the finances for this financial year I guess hence the end date in March.

I will renew but have just started paying for a holiday in Africa for May and China in October so need to pay for that first before getting my ST in the summer. hopefully I can still get the same seat.

Renewed mine and got my son and daughter their first one for free. I really can't argue with the small increase, certainly not as my two under 8's get to come completely free. I think the main issue is how early being made to renew but in other tboughts, it is quite nice to know it has been paid for and don't have to worry for a while. Looking to switch seats after the end date so I don't have to make everyone get up when my children need the toilet.

I will get a S/T in July if I can regain my interest I don't mind paying the higher price if I think it will be entertaining , I will have no problem getting a ticket even if I leave it until august as there will be no way on gods earth they are going to sell anywhere near the limit , if it looks like the same old dross ridden carry on I again will buy match day tickets

Bl00dy hell surely you could have grabbed yourself some more desirable holiday destinations pal?!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

That's a good reason to Ginge , but for I just feel the club has lost its soul over the last 12 months dross football poor messages coming from above I have gone to games not wanting to be there which for me has been a 1st

Fernandes will be by far the oldest man who ever lived by the time he gets his £240m back at that rate.

Stupid move that doesn't sit well with me considering the dross that's been served up and the awful running of the club.
Huge misjudgement by Lee Hoos to announce it quite so early. I understand that it was fans that wanted to know the costs earlier, but very naive to do it in that way bearing in mind our league position and standard of performances. Interesting that he hasn't yet received the level of ridicule that Phil Beard would have.

Probably because he hasn't signed any past timers on £80,000 a week yet

I am guessing the small increase won't affect you much if you can afford a couple of holidays like that!

Don't get me wrong, I'll no doubt end up renewing, it's just frustrating to see.
Pretty much everything in life goes up in cost year on year though. Petrol, fuel, rent, council tax, food, etc. Why should football be any different. The only thing that never seems to go up or not go up enough is wages!

I disagree Brights. Lee Hoos convened the fans forums precisely for this reason, to find out what the fans wanted. The representatives from across the spectrum of the fan base made it very clear they wanted earlybird STs and Hoos obliged. But of course, you can't please all the people all of the time..

I'm aware of that mate, just think that given the season we had endured up until that announcement, a March deadline was always going to come in for some stick.

And I'd go as far as to say that you wouldn't please some of the people whatever you did.

Perhaps you'll be getting one at the other Rangers with that accent Steve.

shocked at that number Jimbo. where did you read that by chance?

I wonder if loads are doing it at 11:59:59 on 31 march, like I am. or probably will: I'm seriously thinking about getting tickets on the day or spares on Twickets. the only reason I would sign up for another season would be if the squad gets a sizeable injection of improvement in the summer. we are seriously lacking in so many positions, if we don't make some significant improvements, we will all find ourselves in Nov/Dec saying stuff like "this season is a write off now. wont go up wont go down, wait until season next."

which is something none of us want
