We are clearly at present a team without a defined style or attitude, drifters in a sea of mediocrity. IMHO, would look to develop a team along the lines of a Burnley: an aggressive, tenacious, never-say-die attitude on the field backed by a manger with grit and passion. When they're down with 5 minutes to go, you know the swarm is about to happen. With us, we have no such conviction. Other models?
