  • A QPR model for the future?

We are clearly at present a team without a defined style or attitude, drifters in a sea of mediocrity. IMHO, would look to develop a team along the lines of a Burnley: an aggressive, tenacious, never-say-die attitude on the field backed by a manger with grit and passion. When they're down with 5 minutes to go, you know the swarm is about to happen. With us, we have no such conviction. Other models?

I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

Like all of the suggestions. How do we get there? What are the key ingredients? What kind of players? What kind of manager and DOF? What kind of system?

They took a long time most of them. Leicester are the only team who made immediate change and its because they bought well in the summer. That's it really, all the others fell massively and rose from the ashes of disappointment.

Luton. Although they're still a work in progress....

I would be more than happy with Portsmouth, despite the relegations they are on their way back up, with great found player and good football.
