Agree on your pointing regarding Clint Hill.

Perch-Ned-Hall-Robinson is likely to be our back four next season, so the more playing time they get together now the better. Hill to play in our final home game to get the send off he deserves.

Sorry mate, disagree there. The chief is woeful and has been of late - Positionally he is more times than not in the wrong position with Hall always in the correct position wondering where his partner is! Been this way for a while but his pace gets him out of it sometimes.
I also don't think you can say categorically they are the best centre back pairing at the club when we haven't tried any others.

I forgot about Angella when doing my team to be fair, I'd have him in ahead of Hill. IMO Angella is hands down a better player than Ned in every way, he just hasn't been given a chance.

It says it all of our current squad though that we are FORCED to pick Perch at RB because we have noone else to play there! He is a squad player at best and should only be being used periodically, NOT regularly! Sorry, but I am just not convinced by him if I am brutally honest.

I thought he was a decent signing when we got him. He had a poor start but just starting to look ok. Wrong time to put someone else in

We tried plenty of combinations mate and none worked until Ned and Hall got together. Given that we'd only conceded 11 goals in 16 games before the fulham match with Ned and Hall in the starting 11 as the centre back pairing, I'd say there's a strong case to suggest that they are our best two.

I don't think his performances have justified only squad status. He's been solid when asked as the season progressed and more so, he's had 2 good and consistent seasons prior so he certainly has never brought about the suggestion of squad only in my opinion.

I'd love for them to give him an entrance like that.

This. And Chery will get a start.

I'd like to see Nasser get in ahead of him after his two really good cameos but I wouldn't be disappointed with either of them in the side ahead of Hoilett at the moment.

                          Smithies
Perch Ned Hall Robinson (no idea if fit enough but Konch has been woeful recently)
                          Phillips Luongo Ale Nasser
                          Hoilett

Whatever the team, 442 or 451 or 4231, it would be nice for once if Jimmy would change it late first half if it isn't working. Sticking to failing formation and selections seems to be one of his biggest failings.
