I along with quite a few on here dont see L F as a DOF whats he done ? and dont give me what a great job he'done getting wages down
who has put Tozser , Angelica , konch , Perch , on wages , who was reported to have turnrd down 6m for Phillips , Redknapp also cut the wage bill
Well all of that put together suggests he wouldn't be able to do the 7 days a week job needed as DoF. Add on the fact that he doesn't have fantastic financial awareness and I see no reason to suggest that he would be an improvement on Les. By all accounts, Les is in on the daily, travels for scouting, gets involved as much as he can, just like a DoF should.

Now, you bring in Tozser, Angella (not difficult to get right), konch and perch. Konch is on loan and I don't think he was expected to be playing all the time (yun should have been available earlier and perhaps performed better when they needed him to show off in training). Tozser and Angella were considered by many at Watford to be the players carrying them to promotion so it is odd that they haven't done well here, Perch has actually been solid for the amount we've paid. Then you say they're 'on wages', when I think its fairly obvious these guys aren't on crazy 35k plus contracts (no guarantees but its pretty unlikely that they would be).

Then you ignore the good players he brought in because it suits your argument so here it goes: Hall, Smithies, Luongo, Conor, Seb (jury is out but scoring goals at least), Nasser looks a good capture for cheap, Ingram was highly rated previously and potentially Chery if he starts living up to expectations.

He's also gotten rid of a lot of players who were supposed poor influences and hasn't made this club a laughing stock in the transfer market. So yea, I'd say he's been pretty successful. What would be the point of bringing in Warnock over Mick Jones if you're going to bring someone in? Surely having one wage package to contend with instead of two would make more sense?

Those players I mentioned have to have a wage whether on loan or not I got Angelica name name wrong out of sarcasm because his performances have been insignifigant so forget trying to be smug you think it takes 7 days a week to do what L F is doing , get real we're small club not Man, U as for making QPR alaughing stock his appointment sacking and reappointment of Ramsey must have caused more than a chuckle

He's been in the job just over 12months. If you think three transfer windows at what has been a dysfunctional club for over a decade is fair crack then your not being reasonable. I like you Dogs your heart is in the right pls e and you do make good points but on Les you have an issue unbeknown to us but you clearly do

Ok so lets never sign anyone ever again or never give a contract to anyone ever again because all that is doing is adding to the wage bill then. If you think Les doing what he is doing is not a 7 day a week job you need to read up on the job description.

Ok, you clearly don't take well to someone being nice to you like West acton did above, so I'll straight up say that you're looking for ludicrous reasons to hate a man. All you have to do is watch Tozser and Angella from last season to understand the decision. Some work out some don't. Man Utd signed both Cristiano Ronaldo and Eric Djemba Djemba, bad signings will happen even if they look good beforehand.

I'm not I'm being genuine I just think your dislike goes beyond what he's currently doing

All our recent managers including Warnock have signed some stinkers mate and they have been super experienced in this business. Experience don't equal getting it right every time

Now your'e actually agreeing with my 1st post on this that warnock relies on jones for singings does that detract from him being good as a potential DOF when our current DOF doesnt get everthing right

Won't disappoint you mate, Gordon Jago. Was to Rangers and Dave Sexton what Pearson was to Leicester and Ranieri.
